ABOUT THIS REPORT
This report is for Gondwana Holdings Limited and all subsidiary companies for the financial year ended
31 October 2020.
Our second Value Creation Report was compiled with input from the TLC and senior employees, and
built on the material content identified by senior management in the 2019 materiality workshop. The
report was prepared according to a set of regulatory and voluntary guidelines, set out on page 85.
The report was reviewed and approved by the Board on 30 March 2021.
